How consignment works
1. Submit your stock
Create a free seller account and list what you'd like to consign — product name, quantity, condition and the price you're after. Add photos so we can check condition before it arrives.
2. We review and receive
We confirm pricing against current Australian market rates and approve the submission. All consigned stock must then be sent in — posted to us or dropped off in person. We can't list product we haven't physically received and inspected, and every unit is logged into your seller profile on arrival.
3. We list and sell
Your stock goes live on PokeDownUnder with professional listings, marketing and our buyer base. Units sell in the order they were received, so early consignors sell first.
4. You get paid
Once an item sells we mark it paid out in your portal and transfer your share to your nominated bank account or PayPal. You can track every sale and payout in real time.
What we accept
- Factory-sealed booster boxes, cases and display boxes
- Elite Trainer Boxes, bundles, tins and collection boxes
- Sealed One Piece, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh and other major TCG product
- Modern and vintage sealed product in clean, undamaged shape
What we can't take
- Opened, resealed, weighed or searched product
- Loose singles and bulk commons
- Water-damaged, crushed or heavily shelf-worn boxes
- Anything you can't confirm you legally own
- Stock you want to keep at home — all consigned product must be sent in to us
