How do I place an order?

Browse the store, add items to your cart, and check out securely. You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details as soon as payment is complete.

Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us at contact@pokedownunder.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order is packed or shipped it can no longer be changed.

Why is there a purchase limit on some products?

To keep hard-to-find products fair for all collectors, certain items have a per-customer limit. The limit is shown on the product page and enforced at cart and checkout.

Is everything factory sealed?

Almost everything we stock is factory-sealed product — booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, bundles and collection boxes. Sealed items are never opened, weighed or searched.

Do you sell single or graded cards?

We focus on sealed product. Singles and graded slabs are not a regular part of our range, so if you see one listed it will be clearly described.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Everything is sourced through trusted distribution and inspected before dispatch, and we never sell resealed or tampered product.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout to secure your allocation. Release dates are estimates only, and orders containing a pre-order item ship once the last pre-order item arrives. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund up to 7 days before the release date — cancellations aren't accepted within 7 days of release. Full details are on our Pre-Order Policy page.

How long until my order ships?

In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Australian warehouse. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on the way.

How long does delivery take?

Standard tracked shipping typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery to most metro areas.

Do you ship outside Australia?

We currently ship Australia-wide via tracked, insured courier. For international enquiries, get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.

What is your returns policy?

All trading card game (TCG) products are final sale — we do not accept refunds or change-of-mind returns on TCG items.
